The Village of Oswego offers several parking permit types. Below are the types of Permits, and where they can be used:

Overnight Parking Permit

o   Parking Garage Only: Available exclusively to residents of The Reserve (77 S. Adams St.) or those residing within the designated eligibility area.

o   Overnight Parking Permit ($50.00/mo)

o   Overnight Permit for Second Vehicle ($83.33/mo)

o   Overnight Parking Permit for Two Vehicles ($133.33/Mo).

§  Applicable when registering two vehicles simultaneously.

 

Daily Parking Pass

 

o   Parking Garage Only: Open to all users, including non-residents

o   $5 per day (plus applicable fees)

o   Typically used by guests of tenants at the Reserve

o   Available via this permit portal as a Guest (no account required) or through a registered user with an account (typically a current resident)

7-Day Consecutive Permit

o Parking Garage Only: Available to all users, including non-residents

o $35.00 per week (plus applicable fees)

o   Typically used by guests of tenants at the Reserve

o   Obtainable through this permit portal as a Guest (no account required) or via a registered user with an account (typically a current resident)

 

Residential Exemptions

o   Applies to any Resident of the Village (includes residents of the Reserve)

§  Two types of Residential Exemptions, Temporary (Daily) & Permanent

o   Temporary

§  Maximum 30/Year/address

§  Residents must apply for these one day at a time, via this Permit Portal (permit.oswegoil.org)

o   Permanent

§  Must apply for and be reviewed by Oswego Police Department. Online Application Here (Please do not apply for a daily temporary exemption with this form, as it will not be processed as a temporary exemption).

§  Please apply online at this Permit Portal, to register, and if approved, your temporary exemption, will be altered to a permanent exemption.

 

School Day Zone Parking

o   Applies to an SD308 student only, and in School Zone designated areas.

o   Each designated zoned parking allows for twenty-five (25) parking permits.

§  Of the 25 allocated permits, five (5) are allowable for non-Oswego Residents, who are an SD308 students that attend Oswego East High School

o   Annual School Day Zone Parking permits cost $400/school Year.
